A low cost, high performance casting resin, which yields castings that are virtually bubble free and offers superior physical and performance properties compared to Smooth-Cast Series. Vacuum degassing is not necessary. Has a high tensile and flexural strength, as well as high flexural modulus. This plastic was formulated for a variety of industrial applications including pattern making and making prototype models. For many applications, a release agent (Universal Mold Release  or Ease Release 200) is suitable. Task 5 was designed for casting in thicknesses up to ½” (1.27 cm).
