A mercury-free and phtalate-free water white clear urethane liquid rubber compound designed for applications that require absolute clarity and resistance to UV. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and pouring. Cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Applications include making clear-cut molds, model reproductions, decorative cast pieces, special effects, prototype part.
Easily color pigmented with SO-Strong or UVO for a variety of effects. Adhesive and will bond to many surfaces. If pouring Clear-Flex 30 into a porous mold (such as plaster), seal the surface with SuperSeal. Follow sealer coat with Universal Mold Release. If pouring into a urethane mold, apply Universal Mold Release before casting. Caution: For industrial use only. Wear safety glasses. Proper ventilation, a NIOSH approved respirator and protective clothing (gloves and long sleeves) are required to minimize the risk of inhalation and dermal sensitization. Read SDS before using.
