A water white clear urethane liquid, flexible rubber compound, designed for applications that require absolute clarity and resistance to UV. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and pouring. Cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Applications include making clear-cut molds, model reproductions, decorative cast pieces, special effects, prototype parts.Vibrant colors and color effects are achieved by adding pigments (SO-Strong or UVO). To prevent adhesion between the rubber and model surface, models made of porous materials (gypsum plasters, concrete, wood, stone, etc...), must be sealed with SuperSeal or One Step. Spray shellac is suitable for rough contours or for sealing modeling clays that contain sulfur or moisture (water based). A release agent is necessary to facilitate demolding when casting into or over most surfaces.
Pour into a urethane rubber mold (VytaFlex – release agent required), tin cured silicone mold (Mold Max 10, 14NV, 20, 25, 30 or 40) or platinum cured silicone mold (Mold Star) only. Do not use other silicone products. Caution: For industrial use only. Proper ventilation, a NIOSH approved respirator and protective clothing (gloves and long sleeves) are required to minimize the risk of inhalation and dermal sensitization. Read SDS before using.
