PS1 Reactive Sealer

A sealer that combines the benefits of reactive penetrating sealing technology and a micro-coating technology together in one single product. Provides excellent stain and abrasion resistance, requiring very minimal maintenance for years of quality use and abuse. An application of ICT Clean and Set is needed following the PS1 to accelerate the curing process of the sealer. The coverage will be approximately 200 ft2 per quart, which may vary due to porosity and application technique. ICT PS1 has a high sheen finish. For a low sheen finish use PS1-LS Reactive Sealer.
