Tin-cured silicone that have exceptional working properties and library life. Will reproduce the finest detail and is suitable for a variety of industrial and art related applications. Used to cast a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, low melt alloys/metals and urethane, epoxy or polyester resins, without using a release agent (Ease Release 200 can be used to facilitate demolding). High tear strength. Can be thickened with Thi-Vex additive for brush-on applications. Can also be thinned using Silicone Thinner. Can be pigmented with Silc Pig colorants. Recommend vacuum degassing using a Vacuum Chamber & Pump.
5 gallons includes Part A only. Needs to be combined with either Part B Regular for a demold time of 24 hours or Part B Fast Cat 30 for a lot shorter demold time or a combination of Parts B Regular and Fast Cat 30) to get the desired demold time.
