Tin-cured silicone that have exceptional working properties and library life. Will reproduce the finest detail and is suitable for a variety of industrial and art related applications. Used to cast a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, low melt alloys/metals and urethane, epoxy or polyester resins, without using a release agent (Ease Release 200 can be used to faciltate demolding). High tear strength.
Can be thickened with Thi-Vex additive for brush-on applications. Can also be thinned using Silicone Thinner. FastCat 30 silicone rubber accelerator will accelerate the cure time of Mold Max 30 silicone rubber (the pot life will be shortened). Can be pigmented with Silc Pig colorants. Recommend vacuum degassing using a Vacuum Chamber & Pump.
