Mold Max XLS II

Tin-catalyzed silicone rubber that exhibits very low long-term shrinkage. XLS II molds last longer than other silicones in production when casting chemically harsh resins such as epoxies and polyesters as well as urethane foams. Will reproduce the finest detail and is suitable for a variety of industrial and art related applications including making production molds for reproducing prototypes, furniture, sculpture and architectural elements. Although not usually necessary, a release agent (Ease Release 200) will make demolding easier when pouring into or over most surfaces.
Can be thickened with Thi-Vex additive for brush-on applications. Can also be thinned with Silicone Thinner. Accel-T accelerator will accelerate the cure time (working time will be shortened). Recommends vacuum degassing with a Pump & Vacuum Chamber.
